Why D-Max owners need a service plan
It is mandatory that your D-Max is serviced within a 2 000 km or 3-month window on either side of each service interval. Service intervals not adhered to result in proportional warranty cover — and if a service is missed completely, the warranty on your vehicle will be cancelled. A service plan eliminates that risk.
The D-Max’s common-rail injection system depends on clean oil and filters. Diesel injector health deteriorates faster when services are stretched or non-genuine parts are used — and injector replacement on a 3.0TD can exceed R30 000.
